With a list of prioritized projects from Session 2, we will apply organizational constraints and assessment of risk to produce an optimized portfolio subject to constraints at various funding or budget levels.

You will identify organizational constraints and apply them, ensure balance and coverage in the resulting portfolio, apply risks to anticipated benefits, examine trade-offs among different portfolio scenarios, and select the optimal portfolio for the organization subject to constraints and risk.
