He has led several teams as a Project Manager and is currently the CEO/President of Light The World Foundation, a charity foundation he founded in 2009 to educate children in Haiti as well as providing leadership training and coaching to teenagers and young professionals in the USA.
Michael started his career in a Leadership and Management consulting program at JP Morgan Chase in early 2000s and has gone on to work with several other fortune 500 companies as a Management Consultant/Project Manager.
