Prior familiarity with the concepts of Agile development and Continuous Integration is helpful, although not absolutely required.

Presenter: Caleb Brown (LinkedIn profile) is the Product Owner for ScrumWorks, an Agile Project Management tool.  Six Years ago Caleb learned Agile inside & out and is able to diagnose and address organizational problems. Caleb is now an Agile coach and trainer.  He also works with a development team in Chennai, giving him practical experience coping with one of the most challenging aspects of Agile at Scale; global distribution.
