He led the update to the Project Management Institute’s Practice Standard for Work Breakdown Structures – Second Edition and was the Chair for the update to PMI’s The Standard for Program Management – Third Edition. Mr. Norman is currently representing PMI in a collaborative study on Lean Principles in Program Management between PMI and the International Council On Systems Engineering (INCOSE) led by MIT.
