Robin calls it Peers Inc. where she has developed a general theory of how peer production platforms succeed.

In this webcast Robin will cover how to build a Peers Inc company, from inception through maturity, sharing power according to developmental phase in order to maximize the likelihood of success and produce a long-lasting and sustainable company.

Presenter: Robin Chase (LinkedIn profile, @rmchase  robinchase.org) is a transportation entrepreneur. She is co-founder and former CEO of Zipcar; Buzzcar, (now merged with Drivy) an online ridesharing community. Author of Peers Inc: How People and Platforms Are Inventing the Collaborative Economy and Reinventing Capitalism,  and is also co-founder and Executive Chairman of Veniam, a vehicle communications company building the networking fabric for the IoMT. She has served on several boards including Governmental & Systems Program Advisory Committees and she lectures widely.  She has received many awards including Time 100 Most Influential People, Fast Company Fast 50 Innovators, and BusinessWeek Top 10 Designers. Robin graduated from Wellesley College and MIT’s, and was a Harvard University Loeb Fellow.
