Chuck will demonstrate how his Emotion Roadmap helps leaders and team members inspire and influence others.

Learn how to:

  • Increase engagement
  • Embrace change
  • Manage conflict
  • Improve performance
  • Handle other emotionally challenging situations at work and at home

As leaders you will gain knowledge about managing relationships, and you will know how you can assess emotional abilities, leadership styles, and motivational driving forces for members of your organization.

You will learn how emotional intelligence assessment can provide information on emotional strengths and potential “emotional intelligence disabilities.”
