It is generally accepted that ‘Engagement’ , and a good understanding of the need for change are critical ingredients for successful and sustainable change.

In  Transport for London (TfL) – a major transformation of more than 3,000 staff gained broad acceptance was implemented and has been sustained over several years.

99% of those surveyed understood the reason for the change

This webinar will focus on the change management work carried out by Arnab and his team and, in particular, on the successful efforts at engagement.

It will then try to draw wider lessons:

  • The link between the Vision and the quality of the end-product (the content)
  • The elements that help to drive sustainability
  • The importance of openness and trust

This webinar is linked to an article being published in the Autumn 2017 edition of APM Project journal, due 1 September.
