Back before cell phones and the Internet, people used compasses and maps. Pirates made treasure maps. Businessmen and women talked about following “road maps to success.” Nowadays, people do not consult maps as much as they once did, but they still need to know how to get from where they are to where they want to be. This is done with a GPS.

Leadership GPS is for leaders who wish to take a business where they want it to go. A leader enters a destination and the GPS generates a route to follow. This becomes that person’s plan, his or her way to get from A to B. And if that individual encounters difficulty along the way, a road that’s under construction or an accident causing a traffic jam, she can hit the detour button to find a way around the obstacle.
