Presented by the Project Management Bookstore
Duration: 1 Hour Credits: 1 Category C PDU

Everyone involved in projects needs the ability to step back and manage him or herself in the face of stress. Project management can be a Zen art, an activity used to perfect performance and to gain insight into one’s own behavior. The essence of project management is the ability to adapt skills, tools and techniques to the needs of the moment in order to meet realistic expectations with effective performance.

A Zen approach to project management uses techniques and attitudes to enable this while simultaneously reducing stress and improving performance. Participants will learn a key mindfulness and concentration building technique, which may be applied immediately to improve the way they perform. Don’t miss this opportunity to learn the Zen art of Project Management!
