Presented by the Project Management Bookstore
Duration: 1 Hour Credits: 1 Category C PDU

“Progress isn’t made by early risers. It’s made by lazy men trying to find easier ways to do something.” – Robert Heinlein

Learn about the art of productive laziness with The Lazy Project Manager!

During this webinar, Peter Taylor will help you:

  • Understand the definition of productive laziness and the science behind the theory
  • Learn and apply the “productive lazy” approach to your projects (and life)
  • Become twice as productive and still leave the office early!

In addition, Mr. Taylor will prompt the audience to consider three key project stages:

  1. The ‘lazy’ project manager works very hard
  2. The Project Manager is in a comfortable position, safe knowing the project is well under control
  3. Project closure

Attendees should expect a specific focus on project closure as it can be executed much more effectivelywith minimal effort but significant added value for all ‘would be’ lazy project managers. Peter will also share some personal, real-life learning experiences that led to the creation of The Lazy Project Manager: How to be twice as productive and still leave the office early.
