In this webinar, you will acquire practical techniques for analyzing and documenting a Context Diagram.

This technique will help you manage your project scope and perhaps, more importantly, assist in the management of stakeholders’ expectations; additionally, you will discover strategies for analyzing and documenting accurate and complete requirements from your stakeholders as well as ways to overcome challenges when applying these techniques in real world business situations.

About the presenter: Sandy Lovell (LinkedIn profile), CBAP®, PMP®, Instructor and Consultant for Corporate Education Group, brings to her students over 25 years of professional experience. Sandy spent most of her career working in consulting firms, including ten years with Ernst and Young LLP Consulting and she has also performed various roles such as Business Analyst: Data and Process Modeling, Project Manager, SDLC Methodologist, CASE Tool Specialist, and Business Case and Portfolio PMO Manager. Sandy is an Instructor and Mentor on all of these topics and holds a Bachelor of Mathematics, Business Administration and Computer Science Double Major, from the University of Waterloo, Ontario, Canada.
