Presenters:

Sandra L. Edwards (LinkedIn profile), Sr. Vice President, Corporate Learning Solutions at American Management Association, has more than 20 years of experience in strategic business development, performance consulting, organizational change, and human capital management. In her current role at American Management Association, Edwards provides leadership and strategy for AMA’s corporate and government learning solutions division. She is coauthor of the book High Performance Sales Organizations, a contributor to the book The Alligator Trap: How to Sell Without Being Turned Into a Pair of Shoes, and author of multiple articles on workplace issues.

Shelly Santa-Anna (LinkedIn profile) is the Director of Training & Organizational Development at B. Braun Medical Inc. based in Bethlehem, PA. She has been involved in leadership development for over 15 years. In her current role, she is responsible for developing leaders across the organization, running assessment centers and developing executive programs.

Ted Walbridge (LinkedIn profile) is Vice President, Leadership Development with Boston Scientific Corporation. He has over 24 years of HR experience. Walbridge has supported many of the corporate functions, including Finance, IS, HR, Legal, Compliance, Corporate Sales, Corporate R&D, International Headquarters, Government Affairs, and Regulatory Affairs. Prior to joining BSC, he held HR leadership positions at other organizations, including MFS Investment Management and FleetBoston Financial.
