This webinar describes how the fundamental principles of Agile and Lean support Systems Engineering.

It shows how this combination can “super-charge” your Lean efforts and make your programs successful even in highly-challenging situations and with very-demanding customers.

What does LEAN mean to you?
Lean-thinking is the combination of applying known software development principles with lean-management and lean-learning work in order to speed time-to-market while improving quality and lowering costs. It provides insights from project initiation through development, deployment and consumption by the customer (internal in IT and external in product companies). Lean focuses on helping people improve the environment and systems in which they work.
