Teresa Amabile (LinkedIn profile) is a professor and director of research at Harvard Business School. She has published articles on motivation, creativity, and everyday work life and is the author of several books including The Progress Principle: Using Small Wins to Ignite Joy, Engagement, & Creativity at Work, Creativity In Context: Update To The Social Psychology Of Creativity, and Harvard Business Review on Breakthrough Thinking.

Steven Kramer is a developmental psychologist and independent researcher who writes extensively for the Harvard Business Review. He is also the coauthor of The Progress Principle: Using Small Wins to Ignite Joy, Engagement, & Creativity at Work,.
