Online Webinar – Offered by Dr. Jonathan Whitty
Duration 1 hour 1 PDU or 1 CDU 1 Category C PDU – Free PDU

This is a live recording of a talk given by Dr Jonathan Whitty (@jon_whitty LinkedIn profile) for the AIPM (Australian Institute of Project Management) Queensland Chapter Meeting at The Brisbane Club on the 4th May 2011. The session was posted to YouTube and is now available for viewing.

Jon Whitty examines some of the day-to-day habits of the modern project manager and of their group behavior, and how these lead to their survival and advancement in the complex corporate world rather than making a direct positive impact on the project.

Jon makes the case for a new way of thinking about project managers and their projects which embraces their human fallibility and the often unpredictable nature of their project work.
