Hello Thaen;
The details to claim you PDU should have been at the end of the presentation.
Acumen does track attendance and will issue personalized Category B certificates within 5 days of the end of the presentation to the email provided when you signed up for the session.
I will put – Racquel Joseph, Marketing Coordinator For Acumen – in touch with you – and she will be happy to provide you with a Category B certificate once your attendance has been verified. If you watched the presentation with a colleague who was registered simply let her know the name of the person you attended with, and she can also assist you with receiving a Category B Certificate.
