Liz’s work has been heavily concentrated on enabling organizations across various industries to have a sustainable, positive impact on their bottom line by more strategically and effectively working with, and managing relationships with, internal and external stakeholders. Liz earned her Ph.D. in Psychoeducational Processes from Temple University. Her focus and dissertation were in the field of organizational development and adult learning.

Carol Bonett (LinkedIn profile), serves as a senior consultant and facilitator for Vantage Partner where she helps companies negotiate and manage critical relationships. Carol offers fifteen years of experience as a practitioner, trainer and consultant in the fields of executive development and coaching, sales training and management, and corporate communication skills. Also a Certified Professional in Learning and Performance®. In this capacity, Carol provides strategic and tactical consulting expertise on designing and executing pragmatic, high-impact performance improvement solutions from needs analysis to learning transfer and the achievement of meaningful business results.
