Speakers: Bert de Coutere (LinkedIn profile) professional life is all about competent people. Author of Homo Competens (Latin for ‘competent person‘). Bert thinks, publishes, consults, speaks and sets up learning and development projects for corporations. Bert has been an instructor, course designer, project manager, consultant and development manager. He has worked at IBM Learning Development Europe where he was responsible for commercial e-learning development projects across Europe, and now works for the Center for Creative Leadership as a Solutions Architect, designing a variety of custom leadership development experiences.
