Presenter: Barry Corless (LinkedIn profile) is the current Chair of the UK Chapter of the IT Service Management Forum (itSMF UK), and has been the chief examiner for the APM Group in ITIL® version 2 since 2006. He has been managing and delivering service management education and consultancy solutions since 1999. In addition to his role with Global Knowledge, he is currently ex-chair of itSMF (UK), former ITIL version 2 Chief Examiner for the APM Group, a current ITIL senior examiner and a fellow in the PrlSM Institute.
