Ira Brown from Project Widgets will be demonstrating several widgets for Microsoft Project and Project Server that address some of the key business challenges for successfully managing projects.
The following widgets will be presented that address the real-world challenges faced by project managers:
- The Project Initiation Widget ensures that project managers adhere to the established standards and best practices when initiating a new project.
- Knowledge Widgets ensures that the project team follows the organization’s established project management methodology for running a project.
- SnapIt! enables an organization to easily track changes to key milestones from one reporting period to another, and makes reporting less manual, tedious, and error prone.
