Allison co-authored Job Aids and Performance Support: Moving From Knowledge in the Classroom to Knowledge Everywhere (Essential Knowledge Resource) and a new edition of her best selling book, First Things Fast: A Handbook for Performance Analysis (Essential Knowledge Resource).
