Presented by: CollabNet

Why is agility considered to be the key characteristic of a successful company?

In today’s business world, inundated with rapid advancements in technology, constant change is the ‘norm’ and a company’s agility is a major predictor for success.

Organizations that can react to changes in the marketplace, allow employees to recognize and close their skill gaps, and focus on productivity instead of simply keeping busy will be in a much better position to pivot when business demands it.

In this webinar Caleb will look at how the traditional IT organization must be reshaped to become agile ultimately resulting in an organization that is capable of being first to market, better respond to customer needs and have overall greater productivity.
