Whether a manager or practitioner or both, you know that the success of the business you’re part of is based on people.
The biggest cost in your organization is also your employees and they are the biggest asset. When they’re chosen well, intentionally developed, and provided with career options engagement soars.
The business begins to fail if the wrong employees are chosen or the right employees are chosen but not developed.

Managing your team well requires you as manager to monitor and tune key aspects of their time in the business. At the same time, you’ll be managing your own career along the same paths.

The road is never straight – there are many paths that can be taken.
