An analysis of earnings calls since 2010 shows culture is by far the most discussed talent issue; mentions of culture have increased by 12% annually.

Despite an estimated average annual spend of over $2000 USD per employee, only 3 in 10 business leaders are confident their organization has the culture it needs to drive future business performance.

The best organizations are addressing knowledge, mindset and behavior gaps holistically by moving from people to process-focused strategies in order to get a higher level of alignment between the workforce and the desired culture.

Join this webinar with Leah Johnson (LinkedIn profile, Gartner bio) Gartner Principal Executive Advisor, to learn the three key areas to shift to a more process-focused playbook for managing culture.

Discussion Topics:

  • Understand your culture through employee-led diagnostics
  • Operationalize your culture through processes that help employees understand how culture applies in their day-to-day work
  • Maximize leader impact by requiring leaders to design processes that support the culture you need

Let’s face it. We don’t often think that “performance review” and “engagement” belong in the same sentence. Performance reviews can cause anxiety in the associates being appraised and the manager responsible for conducting them. – Jackie Reagan

An effective performance review can be an opportunity for honest, open conversation about positive and negative results.

It can inspire and engage people when it is focused on plans for the future. After all, “people support what they help to create.”

By setting expectations and helping associates to create their own achievable targets, then coaching and providing helpful feedback throughout the year, performance management becomes part of the culture rather than a dreaded annual event.

Join Jackie Regan  from Dale Carnegie Training for this fast-paced webinar. Explore ways to conduct RAVE performance reviews and plan your performance conversations so that staff members feel encouraged, inspired and ready to exceed expectations.

What you will Learn:

  • Recognize the steps that make performance reviews something to RAVE about
  • Inspire your team to exceed expectations in the coming year
  • Identify the more than 25 “dos” and “don’ts” for an effective performance conversation
  • Follow a proven 8-step process for planning out performance review meetings with your associates
  • Use the provided Performance Review Meeting Worksheet to keep the meeting focused and effective

Who Should Attend: Any manager who needs to conduct performance reviews for their associates.

Presenter:  Jackie Reagan (LinkedIn profile) Dale Carnegie Trainer, provides an engaged environment, coaching for specific outcomes in a convenient form and has experience that spans both standard programs as well as design and delivery of customized courses in a corporate environment. Performance management is going through a metamorphosis. Though even as rigid old practices are cast aside in favor of a more “continuous” approach, many executives still wonder “how is this linked to any measurable business value?“.

This webinar will explore Real-Time Performance Management – a process directly influenced by real-time performance data and optimized for business results.

Join Dr. Eyal Ronen (LinkedIn profile) Organizational Behavior Specialist, GamEffective  and see:

  • Why you should stop measuring participation in performance management and start measuring actual performance
  • How to get past “continuous” and into real-time feedback
  • How data ties together goals, feedback, coaching, recognition and engagement
  • What implementing this looks like in real life

How Well Do You Monitor A Contract’s Performance

Contracting Officer’s Representatives (CORs) are tasked with monitoring contract performance on behalf of the agency’s Contracting Officer (CO).

This webcast will address the COR’s role and a number of tools that can be used during performance of the contract to ensure a successful post-award phase of the acquisition process.

The contract has been awarded and the Post Award Orientation has been scheduled.

The Contracting Officer’s Representative (COR) is the principle representative of the Contracting Officer (CO) for post-award management of the contract.

There are a number of tools available to the COR to monitor contractor performance.

These are six of the most effective tools to monitor contractor performance:

  1. Contractor Progress Reports
  2. Contractor Quality Assurance Plan (QAP)
  3. Quality Assurance Surveillance Plan (QASP)
  4. Earned Value Management (EVM)
  5. Performance Assessment
  6. Product or Service Inspection & Acceptance

The use of these six tools will vary based on the type and complexity of the contract, direction from the Contracting Officer (CO), and the experience and performance of the contractor.

But effective contract management depends on how the COR performs his/her role and how effectively the COR uses the tools available to monitor contractor performance.

My Christmas Card To You

Written by Tony Romeo Sung by: David Cassidy Discography

To you and all your family, your neighbors and your friends
May all your days be happy with a joy that never ends
May peace and love surround you
at Christmas time and all the whole year through

I’m looking out my window at the softly falling snow
that dances in the early morning light
I got my guitar right before me, strummin’ a beautiful sound
watching it a-comin’ down, all around
on the fields and the farms and the road to town

And I’m thinkin’ up a letter that I’m writin’ in my head
a Christmas card to all the folks I love
Instead of lettin’ the postman bring it, I decided I’d rather sing it
especially for you, for you

To you and all your family, your neighbors and your friends
May all your days be happy with a joy that never ends
May peace and love surround you
at Christmas time and all the whole year through

May your life be filled with sunshine, may your every wish come true
May you find the sweet fulfillment in everything you do
May your days be blessed with the very very best
both now and the whole year through
it says so in my Christmas card to …

You and all your family, your neighbors and your friends
May all your days be happy with a joy that never ends
May peace and love surround you
at Christmas time and all the whole year through
at Christmas time and all the whole year through
