Based on the basic assumption that the consideration of sustainability principles improves the quality of the project initiation and of the project management process, the research team together with representatives of several case study projects further developed selected project initiation and project management methods.

In the webinar the presenters provide their understanding of sustainable development and then focus on the case study of Hospital North, a hospital that is currently established in Vienna, Austria.
