Live Webinar June 13th, 2014 – 12:00 pm – 1:00 pm EDT
Duration: 1 hour webinar Credits: 1 PDU Category A – Free PDU
Sponsored by: PMI International Development CoP (REP #S034)

One way to improve the management of international development projects is to learn from common problems that happened on past projects.

The World Bank does ex-post evaluations on all projects and publishes those results every year. Interestingly those problems are quite consistent year after year and project after project.

Also interestingly these problems are very similar to problems encountered on projects in the United States.

This webinar will present these common problems and provide specific actions that can help prevent problems and lead to better management and results.

Note: You do have to be a PMI® member to register for this opportunity.
