Dr. Shelley Robbins PhD MBA Sr Faculty Masters Programs Business, Capella University’s  MBA, MS in HRM programs, and MS in Leadership programs Shelley held leadership positions at the University of Minnesota, Coopers & Lybrand, KPMG and Anlon Systems, & the University’s of Northwestern, St. Thomas, Minnesota, & Wisconsin- Milwaukee.  Dr. Robbins holds a Ph.D. in Strategy and Organizational Behavior from Northwestern University, an MBA from the University of Chicago, and a BS in Psychology from the University of Illinois.  Her areas of expertise include strategic Human Resource management, organizational effectiveness, leadership development, leadership coaching, and change management.

Richard J. (Dick) Wagner PhD MBA is a Force Veteran with 15 years experience in Corporate Training and Human Resource Management. Dick has 30+ experience as College Professor and has taught and developed courses in the areas of Learning and Development, Staffing and other General HR topics.  Dick has consulted both in the U.S. and Internationally and is the co-author of over 30 Journal Publications and 2 Books.
