Outages are planned shutdowns of plants for maintenance, including preventative maintenance and defects. Preventative maintenance works have pre-defined scope, a job plan and resource requirements built into a maintenance management system.

The problematic area is corrective maintenance scope (i.e., defects). Defects often result in significant increase in outage scope, known as scope creep.

Scope creep is a serious challenge that outage managers, outage engineers and planners face before and during an outage.

In order for us to manage it, it is necessary to understand what scope creep is—and what its causes are.

If the root causes are taken care of, the problem will be solved by itself!

In the webinar Naveed Rabbani (LinkedIn profile) will discuss this in detail based on practical experience and will be followed by Q&A.

Learning outcomes:

  • How to effectively manage and control changes in outages
  • How to manage scope during an outage
  • How to limit schedule, cost and scope variances

Online Webinar – Recorded  March 7th 2024
Activity Type: Education – Online or Digital Media 1 PDU – Free
Provider: Training Magazine Network

Google, Microsoft, and Yahoo forced marketers and business owners to change their B2B email strategies on February 1. On that date, new guidelines went into effect that directly impact content and deliverability.

Senders who do not adapt their marketing strategies to adhere to the new rules will be blacklisted – indefinitely.

Once marked as “spam” an important source of marketing qualified leads will dry up because instead of emails arriving in inboxes, your messages will go straight to the junk folder.

You still have time to escape this fate.

Join revenue-generating expert Kendra Lee and email specialist Barry Robb for an actionable breakdown of how to update your marketing strategy to comply with the new rules. What they share will keep you out of spam and front and center with your target market.

This webinar is for anyone who wants to:

  • Get clear action-items to update their marketing strategy and avoid blacklisting
  • Use metrics to improve their deliverability
  • Stay out of “email jail”
  • Hear the plain English version of the new requirements
  • Update their B2B email content to remain compliant

Join Kendra and Barry to protect your visibility with your target market and your reputation as an email sender.
