Project Management is as of today, divided into two exclusive paradigms: Waterfall and Agile.

According to companies culture and standards, the choice uses to be done once and for all, shaping the company Strategy deployment. However the trend we observed these past years is an interest, by companies doing Waterfall, into Agile Methodologies – and vice&versa.

This trend is also seen in the PMBOK 6.0.

Each methodologies provides advantages ane flaws which surprisingly are complementaray between Waterfall and Agile.

Mixed-Approaches, as observed in domains like science as an example, always provide the best results. Taylored in the right way, Project Hybridization appears to be the win-win candidate.

Pascal Arnold Varniol (LinkedIn profile) will discuss Waterfall, Agile and their Hybridization, both in Theory and in practice with some examples. The intent is that people start to apply Hybridization Best practices at the end of the Webinar.

Online Webinar – Recorded – March 13th, 2023
Activity Type: Education – Online or Digital Media 1 PDU – Free
Provider:  Human Capital Institute

We’re in the nascent stages of imagining what we can accomplish with AI, but there appears to be almost unlimited potential if its power is responsibly and thoughtfully harnessed by organizations to benefit employees.

Welcome to the “disrupted, boundaryless age,” one in which the challenges are great, but the opportunities are greater.

Join Jason Cerrato (LinkedIn profile) VP, Market Strategy at Eightfold & Sue Cantrell (LinkedIn profile) Vice President of Products, Workforce Strategies and the U.S. Eminence Leader at Deloitte Consulting LLP as they discuss their 2024 Global Human Capital Trends report.

In this webinar, they’ll focus on two of Deloitte’s biggest human capital trends — the imagination deficit and boundaryless HR.

  • Imagination deficit: New digital advances like Generative AI are exposing an imagination deficit. We’ll talk about how organizations need to find ways to prioritize cultivating human capabilities like empathy and curiosity to adapt, innovate, and imagine new possibilities in an age of disruption.
  • Boundaryless HR: Talent teams can no longer work in silos. HR is everywhere and must be integrated throughout the organization into every role. HR leaders have the potential to break through boundaries that equate the notion of “jobs” to work, “employees” to workers, and barriers that exist between functional domains to overcome skills gaps and unlock human performance.Join us to hear about Deloitte’s trends and hear more about how it will impact HR.
