Working on social good projects has always propelled individuals and organizations with the satisfaction of giving back but also created the much necessary positive impact for the society, resulting in community development and growth.

The year 2020 has been the darkest in the history, among many adversities that hit mankind, COVID-19 has been the deadliest.

The need for creating connections (and retaining the existing ones) has never been that immense before not only to learn how to survive but to transform, to adapt and more importantly keeping a tighter grip on our sanity by helping each other and providing that feeling of togetherness in the wilderness.

The project #WeAreStrongerTogether was initiated to instill that feeling of togetherness among the project management community by their very own, determined for taking care of  each other mentally, physically and most importantly emotionally and helping each of us getting through CRISIS by sharing what it takes to PIVOT and succeed.

WE ARE STRONGER TOGETHER helped lot of us for creating that emotional connection through experience sharing with the people around us inhibiting similarities but also enabled people in developing resilience by drawing strength from each other through communication, Trust and Emotional Commitment

Online Webinar – Recorded February 28th 2024
Activity Type:  Education – Online or Digital Media 1 PDU – Free
Provider: Gartner Webinars

Technology general managers know how to lead in good times and bad, but what about in between? Leading in the middle presents unique leadership challenges shaped by macroeconomics, business buyer behaviors and GenAI technologies. The leadership vision is a playbook for leading in the middle.

While IT spending is resilient to recession, business demand and revenue generation reflect enterprise leaders’ views on the economy and their future. 2023 represented the first full year out of the pandemic and a continuation of higher interest rates in response to inflationary pressures.

The global economy did not fall into significant recession, but likewise it did not rebound into a new growth cycle.

Join Mark McDonald (LinkedIn profile, Gartner bio) Gartner  Vice President & Fellow, in this Gartner general manager webinar as they highlight the impact of different drivers on high tech in 2024.

Discussion Topics:

  • Understand current context and challenges as markets will remain fluid throughout the year
  • Replace “growth at all cost” strategies with “efficient growth” strategies
  • Capture growth opportunities in generative AI
