Plan Your EX Initiatives to Advance Customer & Financial Outcomes

In the human capital industry employee engagement has become synonymous with surveys. True engagement is technically an outcome of an experience. During this  session, the speakers will share their insights into improving employee experiences that will be most impactful to business outcomes, including profitability, productivity and customer satisfaction.

Guest speaker, Sam Stern (LinkedIn profile) is a Principal Analyst at Forrester Research, Inc. a leading global research and advisory firm.

Sam will discuss:

  • Some of the core tenants of a positive workplace experience, such as how to encourage employees to make progress on meaningful work, build an employee community and balance job demands with resources
  • The importance of using customer and employee data to provide feedback to employees about their contributions to customer experience delivery
  • How firms can help managers use the same data to coach employees and improve their teams’ performance
  • New emerging ways for firms to track employee experience that help them identify issues, or opportunities to better support employees

Also presenting is Michelle Rashid (LinkedIn profile) is the Director of Culture & Organizational Development at Virtuoso, a powerhouse in the luxury travel industry.

Michelle will share how her company’s employee experience program, called Velocity, helps them “automate the predictable” day-to-day processes in order to “humanize the exceptional.”

Through this initiative they are able to deliver on their promises to their customers, boost the bottom line and have employees that are engaged and connected to each other and to their work.
