Lorri Freifeld (LinkedIn profile) is the editor-in-chief of Training magazine. A writer/editor for the last 27 years, Lorri writes on a number of topics, including talent management, training technology, and leadership development. Lorri spearheads two awards programs: the Training Top 125, and Emerging Training Leaders.  She has held editing positions at a variety of publications, including License! Global, KPMG Consumer Markets Insider online news service, EyeWear magazine, and Chief Executive magazine. She holds a Master’s degree in journalism from New York University.

Michael Leimbach, Ph.D.,  (LinkedIn profile) Vice President of Global Research and Development, Wilson Learning Worldwide; has 30+ years experience in providing leadership for researching & design. Michael has managed major research studies in sales, leadership, and organizational effectiveness, & also developed Wilson’s impact evaluation capability and return on investment models. He has served as a research consultant for a wide variety of global client organizations, is Editor-in-Chief for a major professional journal and serves on the ISO Technical Committee on Quality Standards for Learning Service Providers. Authored Of several  books, 100’s of professional articles, and is a frequent speaker at national and global conferences.
