Many employees don’t know what roles exist in their organizations. When they do, they often don’t understand which skills are needed to be successful in those roles, ultimately making it difficult to build a long-term career internally and easier to quit.

With artificial intelligence (AI) and machine learning (ML), HR professionals can build better career paths for employees.

In this webinar Akash Savdharia (LinkedIn profile) PeopleFluent, Vice President, Talent Solutions &  Dawn Baron (LinkedIn profile) Director of Marketing, Peoplefluent; will help HR professionals create a talent development program informed by the employees who serve in the various roles, perform the tasks and want to grow.

With your input, AI and ML can help guide L&D to create development plans that are useful to both the employee and the company. The result is new opportunities for advancement, which will reduce turnover, minimize recruitment costs, and improve culture.

In this webinar you will learn:

  •  How to build an AI Career Framework/Job Architecture for your organization
  • How to map skills to your Career Framework/Job Architecture
