In this session Joanna Kim-Brunetti & Mark Dwyer , will take you through the nuts and bolts of conducting a pay equity audit—the analytical tool recommended by professionals across multiple industries for addressing compensation issues proactively.

They will discuss the most up-to-date evaluation and remediation methods, as well as pitfalls in the process to be wary of.

Joanna & Mark will also touch on the unique challenges and considerations that must be taken into account when it comes to utilizing software solutions in the pay equity audit process.

They will also discuss the unique challenges posed by the COVID-19 pandemic, such as how furloughs, lay-offs, and rehires may impact the analyses.

Joanna Kim-Brunetti, Esq., Vice President of Regulatory Affairs for Trusaic; is a former partner with Akin Gump Strauss Hauer & Feld with 20+ years’ experience advising clients on a wide range of employment, tax, intellectual property and other related business issues.

Mark Dwyer, (LinkedIn profile) Ph.D., Vice President of Data Science for Trusaic, was formerly a senior economic consultant. He provided written and oral expert testimony regarding the interpretation of empirical analyses. He also directed data cleaning and construction of empirical models, among other responsibilities.
