Live Webinar February 10th, 2021 – 2:00 pm to 3:00 pm EST
Activity Type: Education – Course or Training  1 Hour  1 PDU
Provider: Human Capital Institute

HR leaders realize that people analytics has become fundamental to the growth of their business.  It typically starts as an army of one — an HR analyst you assigned to be responsible for pulling data from multiple systems, formatting, and distributing reports to leaders in somewhat meaningful formats.

But it quickly snowballs with the intricacies of data cleansing and transformation, interactive visualization, the addition of non-HR data sources, viewer security, and the like.

While limited success is present, it’s just that — limited.

  • When and how do you make the move from doing it yourselves internally to partnering with a people analytics vendor?
  • How do you build the business case?
  • What are the advantages and what are the risks?

In this webcast, you will:

  • Learn the building blocks of a streamlined people analytics initiative, from strategy, to people, to process, to technology, and beyond
  • Identify the real costs and limitations of do-it-yourself people analytics and similar initiatives
  • Realize the value and benefits from a full or hybrid partnership with a proven people analytics solution provider
  • Acquire the research and knowledge needed to make the leap from DIY to SaaS people analytics
  • Understand how SaaS people analytics will deliver results for your organization and take it to the next level

Join Chris Moore, (LinkedIn profile) founder & CEO of ZeroedIn & Keith Goode (LinkedIn profile) Vice President of Products & Services ZeroedIn in this informative session.
