The purpose of this webinar is to discuss the journey of one such organization and how it is seeking to make a step change into the world of flexible working. The PM’s shed is where we wonder off to ponder over life, and our webinar is meant to reflect the shed!

Presenter: Tony Noakes, Chair of the South East Branch  became involved in Project Management 20+ years ago. Tony works in the construction industry with experience in utilities, office and building refurbishments and the leisure industry. He has been an APM Volunteer for 10+ years, and has been a branch committee member for six & Chairman for the last three years.
