It seems everyone is talking about agility. But, what is agility and how does it apply to projects and project managers?

In this webinar Peter Monkhouse & Joanna Tivig will start with an explanation of what agility is and how it applies in organizations in concepts like business agility, product agility or team agility.

Next we will focus on two aspects of agility for projects. The first is where projects need to be able to adapt to the changing business and customer needs, in order deliver products that provide value.

The second aspect is how to manage your project to adapt to the environment of changing customer expectations, risks, constraints, people, and technology.
