Workforce Management estimates that companies spend a combined $8 billion on diversity and inclusion training annually. At the same time, Human Resource Management Journal reports that diversity and inclusion consultants earn a combined $400 million to $600 million annually in consulting fees alone.

Diversity and inclusion consultants make an average base pay of $70,657 a year and up to $107,000, according to Glassdoor. But are these investments paying off? Some experts argue that, despite decades of handwringing, costly initiatives, and uncomfortable conversations, organizations have, apart from a few exceptions, fallen far short of their goals.

The good news is that progress is being made. Research by The Conference Board indicates while the impact of DEI solutions still focuses primarily on improvement in representation measures, many organizations are tying programs to preventive measures such as turnover, absenteeism, and engagement, as well as value-add measures, such as productivity, quality, sales, brand recognition, and ROI.

But how do you design DEI solutions to improve these measures? During this interactive session, you will learn how to overcome these barriers and prove the value of DEI solutions by applying a Diversity ROI-based implementation strategy to ensure your DEI solutions deliver results that matter.

Objectives

  1. Align DEI solutions with the needs of the business.
  2. Design DEI solutions to deliver application, impact, and ROI.
  3. Plan next steps to ensure DEI solutions deliver value.

Let us get your strategy down to one page. Yes, one page.

Creating a strategy used to be an arduous and lengthy process that lasted months and resulted in a document that was hundreds of pages.

It was WORN — Written Once, but Read Never.

Developing a strategy is easier today, with 15 pages replacing hundreds, but even that is 14 too many.

So, how can you get your strategy down to a single page?

In this webinar Heather Colella, (LinkedIn profile) Gartner VP Analyst looks at how storytelling makes the biggest impact on your business stakeholders.

Discussion Topics:

  • Learn how a 1-page strategy is more effective than traditional approaches
  • See how a 1-page strategy easily translates to a 1-page strategic plan
  • Design a board presentation with maximum impact using a 1-page strategy
