Presenter:  Liz Higginson (LinkedIn profile) is a successful programme manager professional and has spent 15+ years  working for Nationwide Building Society.  She worked on various projects implementing agile and has  led teams through change delivery using agile and change methodologies, providing environments to empower teams by encouraging innovative thinking and agile ways of working and delivery of an agile flexible approach with business and project stakeholders. Liz now spends her time as an independent consultant running One44 Consultancy.
