Agile planning is widely different from Waterfall planning based on Gantt charts.

There are many factors to consider when developing an Agile plan to make sure it increases successful project delivery.

How can you use these steps to proactively approach Agile planning? In this webinar, attendees will learn the components of an Agile plan and how to create one.

You will learn about the “onion” model of Agile planning and consider each step in the planning process, particularly product planning and release planning.

You will leave with the knowledge necessary to construct their own Agile plans.

Would people attend your trainings if they had to pay for them out of their own pockets?

For most trainers, the answer is no – but that’s about to change.

In this session you’ll learn to combine key principles from the fields of marketing and instructional design to create training programs so good that, if your participants had to pay to attend, they would happily do so.

This will be accomplished by taking a “both, and” approach to the dichotomies of traditional vs. online training.

Through this webinar, you will learn:

  • The key steps to take *before* you begin to design your training
  • How to leverage principles of hybrid course creation to create maximal engagement
  • The role of gamification in creating effective hybrid trainings
  • How to integrate accountability, support, and community into your trainings

Presenter: Danny Iny (LinkedIn profile) Founder & CEO of Mirasee has been featured in the Harvard Business Review and Entrepreneur, and contributes regularly to publications including Inc., Forbes, and Business Insider. Danny has spoken at institutions like Yale University and organizations like Google, and his work on strategy training won special recognition from Fast Company as a “World Changing Idea.” Danny is also the author of multiple  books about online education.
