There’s a problem with that: many of the most important measures of success aren’t directly measurable at all. They may be qualitative. They are very often subjective. They are almost always falling within the domain of being intangible.

That’s not a bad thing, it is simply a statement of reality. It’s also not to say that they can’t be evaluated.

Doing so well, however, requires very different strategies and approaches than the more direct means of measurement we are told we should employ.

In this presentation Mark Mullaly (LinkedIn profile) author of Researching the Value of Project Management explores what is involved in measuring intangibles successfully.

It identifies pitfalls and cautions, provides guidance on what works, and outlines how to successfully define, evaluate and communicate the intangibles that most matter.

If you are challenged in how to measure your most important success outcomes, this is a webinar you will want to watch.
