Live Webinar March 10th, 2022 2:00 pm – 3:00 pm EST
Activity Type: Education – Course or Training  1 Hour  1 PDU
Provider: PMTA  Project Management Training Alliance

As organizations change, tackling greater numbers of projects, while investing organizational resources, the pressure to become more efficient and effective increases.

Project Management Office or PMO is becoming a popular choice to address this question of project intensity and the need for sustainable project execution. PMOs are rarely the same across different organizations, even though many of them share common capabilities and features.

This is partly reflected in the uniqueness of each organization’s situation and partly because the challenges and opportunities are different.

Hence, while most of the project professionals are familiar with the “PMO”, chances are, no two experiences are exactly alike.

  1. These concerns raise a serious question on how to best develop and nurture an effective PMO like what capabilities should the PMO have?
  2. What are the benefits?
  3. How would you build and maintain a good PMO?

This webinar attempts to address these and other questions.

Product leaders for emerging technologies face high stakes. They must develop products and services for a market that is constantly evolving and maturing, innovations that are coalescing and dispersing, and capabilities that are improving and degrading.

The Emerging Technology Roadmap benchmark for tech providers helps product leaders determine whether their approach to emerging technology diverges, aligns or outperforms other emerging technology pioneers.

The benchmark will help product leaders calibrate their spending priorities, use case development, and partnership strategy to ensure positive competitive positioning.

This webinar looks at the importance of the Emerging Technology Benchmark in decision making. You also will find out how to use the tool, and the important actions the benchmark will help inform.

Discussion Topics:

  • Learn why the Emerging Technology Roadmap benchmark is a must have tool to maximize impact with emerging technology investments
  • Assess and improve your organization’s approach to emerging technology development, marketing, implementation and partnership
  • Leverage the benchmark in a product leader’s decision-making process and other critical actions
