Mark will walk you through the context of the ERP implementation, then introduce the Change Management (CM) Cycle and its components. I’ll give one or two concrete examples of what I did to practically apply CM in the project for each of the 5 pillars of the CM Cycle, discussing the value that each of those applications/tools brought to the project.

Training experiences should be relevant, practical, engaging, and above all else — effective. But finding affordable solutions that check these boxes while being flexible enough to meet the unique needs of your business is nearly impossible.

Inbox simulations are an innovative and science-backed approach to experiential learning.

In this webinar, Wyatt Danz (LinkedIn profile) Manager of Experience Design, Capsim & Luke Courtright (LinkedIn profile) Sr. Product Manager, Capsim will demonstrate how a new no-code authoring platform makes it easy to rapidly create custom simulations that help you meet your specific learning objectives and prepare your people for on-the-job success.

Join us to discover:

  • What inbox simulations are, how they work, and why they are a proven way to address your unique challenges
  • An intuitive, no-code authoring platform to rapidly build custom inbox simulations

Live Webinar April 5th, 2022, 11:00 PM – 11:59 PM EDT
Activity Type: Education – Course or Training  1 Hour  1 PDU
Provider: Gartner Webinars

Let us get your strategy down to one page. Yes, one page.

Creating a strategy used to be an arduous and lengthy process that lasted months and resulted in a document that was hundreds of pages. It was WORN — Written Once, but Read Never.

Developing a strategy is easier today, with 15 pages replacing hundreds, but even that is 14 too many.

So, how can you get your strategy down to a single page?

In this webinar Andy Rowsell-Jones (LinkedIn profile, Gartner bio) Gartner VP Distinguished Analyst will help CIOs and IT leaders (in the Asia-Pacific time zone) use storytelling to make the biggest impact on your business stakeholders.

Discussion Topics:

  • Learn how a 1-page strategy is more effective than traditional approaches
  • See how a 1-page strategy easily translates to a 1-page strategic plan
  • Design a board presentation with maximum impact using a 1-page strategy
