In this webinar, Priyanka & Shawn will start by discussing the side effects of growing your test automation portfolio without proper strategy and guidelines.

Next, they’ll cover best practices for ensuring project success, both now and as you scale your project.

They will also review principles for architecting cleaner tests to minimize maintenance and maximize reuse.

Finally, they will discuss tips for organizing your tests and suites so your team scales efficiently.

What you’ll learn:

  1. Test strategy and design tips to maximize the use of your resources
  2. How to architect tests to reduce long term maintenance
